Theodore is an educator by training who became a public relations expert by his own design. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, he spent an extensive amount of time in New York City and began his pr journey as the Executive Director of Harlem Opera. He has matriculated through two universities and has emerged as a passionate advocate for social change, youth, and individuals who have suffered or are now suffering. His drive to serve humanity radiates through his practice of spiritual principles in his daily life.
His effectiveness to communicate with all people without judgment and ability to strategically plan have proven to be the catalyst for his success in public relations.

Collin Simons is a Mixed Martial Arts professional fighter who has been a seasoned sales professional and financial expert in a family business that has sustained a presence in Northwestern United States for over thirty years. His primary duty at CEM is President of Operations for the company.
A former Oregon State football player, Collin holds a degree in marketing management and is an effective communicator and an advocate for social justice. His ability to relate to the human experience equips him with the ability to relate to all people and a solid public relations professional.
Currently, he resides in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas.
